Well tonight I have just baked my fourth lot of patty cakes this week
No I AM NOT OBSESSIVE COMPULSIVE

Maybe just a little - but I am determined to be really good at baking one item
I figure no one will count how many I try
Quite different with one large cake when it becomes quite obvious how much I must have tried
I will be taking 23 cakes down the coast - had to sample one only
Possibly eight out of ten for this effort
